• Regardless of the number of nights,guests use Katerina Guest House privately. No other guests will be accommodated during your stay. For example, if 2–3 guests book, they will have access to one bedroom andcommon areas of the house.
• A security deposit of 400 BGN is required upon check-in (in cash). A receipt will be issued. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a property inspection and no damages.
• Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen, utensils, and shared areas clean. If this requirement is not met, a cleaning fee of 50–100 BGN may be deducted from the deposit, depending on the level of cleaning needed.
